Ages 10-16
Basic teen members can swim laps at their own pace for a cardio workout. One lane will be set aside. Refer to pool schedules.
Ages 13 and up (Full Members Only)
Share the pool by circle swimming within a lane based upon ability.
Adults (Full Members Only)
Swim laps at a slower pace in the
warm pool. A perfect time to also
do stationary exercises in the water.
(Full Members Only - 17 years and up)
Lap swimmers share the pool by circle swimming within a lane based upon availability.
