inner dancer! In this 8 week class, learn
basic technique to lengthen your body,
mind, and spirit.

Tues 7-8pm PR 2
Sign up with a partner, and get your
endorphins going. Take steps in salsa,
tango, and other classic forms of dance.
Fri 11:30-12:30 PR 2
Feel alive with Dance Alive! This new
class combines all the essential components
of keeping fit. It includes stretching
and strengthening exercises based on techniques
of Pilates, yoga, and dance, with
special attention given to correct posture
and balance. After the warm-up segment,
you’ll be ready to “step it out,” learning
simple dance steps and routines set to
music covering the decades from the 40’s
on – an ideal way to give the brain some
exercise, too! Feel alive with Dance
Alive! Seniors welcome.
