Group Exercise Classes

Aerobics
High energy class with easy choreography, followed by toning and stretching.
Great for all levels.

Below the Belt
Firm and condition muscles in the lower body. This low impact workout uses body bars, weights, resistance bands and benches.

Belly Dancing
Shake and shimmy your way to slimmer hips & thighs in this exciting new dance class!

Boot Camp
High energy class uses a variety of drills to improve endurance, strength, coordination and agility. For all fitness levels.

Cardio Blast
High and low impact moves for cardiovascular conditioning, followed by toning.

Cardio Kick and Jab
A cardiovascular workout incorporating boxing and kickboxing moves. Total body workout.

Cardio Sculpt
High and low aerobic combo followed by toning.

Core Training
Develop strength in core muscles, increase stability of spine and pelvis, reduce risk of injury and enhance performance.

Goddess Fitness
Acitivate your inner goddess with this class combining belly dance moves,
yoga, and abdominal sculpting.

Hatha Yoga
Incorporates breathing techniques with Hatha yoga postures. Builds strength, flexibility and balance.

Interval
High and low intensity in a single workout. Challenging for all fitness levels.

Pilates Essentials
A mind-body program that tones and strengthens muscles, reduces stress,
and creates a streamlined body shape.

Pilates Plus Props
Workout incorporates balls, flex-bands, rings, dumbbells and matwork to build strength, stability and flexibility. All levels welcome. Bring a sticky mat to class.

R.I.P.P.E.D.®
Get ready to get RIPPED.

R is for resistance, I is for intervals, P is for Power, P is for Plyometrics, E is for Endurance and D is for Diet and nutrition. This workout combines an easy, yet effective cardiovascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance, a combination that keeps your body moving.

Saturday Multi-Mix
Crosstrain! Instructor and workout change weekly to stimulate additional
strength gains and reduce risk of injury.

Active Older Adult Chair Exercise Class
Burn calories and tone muscles with this aerobic workout done from a sitting
position. Great for beginners.

Active Older Adult Chair Yoga
Increase flexibility and relaxation with chair yoga. Explore proper postures,
better breathing techniques and gentle movement of every muscle in your
body which can all be done seated or standing.

Active Older Adult Training
Low-intensity workout for seniors. Increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility.

30-minute calorie burning spin workout. Class size limited. Bring water and a towel. Pre-registration and orientation required. Full Members only.

Spinning®
Participants ride indoor cycling bikes and an instructor leads the workout which is close to actual road riding. Class size limited. Bring water and a towel. Pre-registration and orientation required. Full Members only.

Step N’ Sculpt
Step aerobics and toning combo. A great workout to firm up and burn fat.

Stretch and Flex
Learn correct stretching techniques to avoid injury improve range of motion, increase circulation.

Tai Chi
Feel relaxed after practicing the slow stretching, breathing and gentle movements of Tai Chi.

Tone
Define, firm and condition all muscle groups. This non-impact workout uses body bars, weights, resistance bands, and benches.

Turbo Kick®
A combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves, all perfectly
choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.

Upper Cuts & Abs
30 minutes devoted to all muscle groups above the waist including abs.

Power Yoga
An athletic class for mixed levels. A vigorous series of yoga postures combined
with enhanced breathing develops strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga
A breath-synchronized movement system characterized by rhythmic pacing
and dynamic flow.

willPower & grace™
A sweaty, dynamic fusion of the fitness industry’s most popular (and most effective) group exercise programs. It’s equipment-free; barefoot, and infused with positive, strengthening philosophy. willPower & grace™ an easy-to-follow, linear, strong and focused program for students of all levels.

Yoga for Flexibility
A series of poses to restore and increase flexibility.

Yolates
Yoga meets Pilates for whole body integration. Strengthen, sculpt, and generate heat in a powerful class that will leave you feeling energized and more flexible.

ZUMBA®
Zumba combines motivating music and rhythms with high-energy Latin moves that are fun and easy to learn. The routines features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba® Gold
Zumba Gold takes the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms of the original Zumba and brings them to active older adults, beginner participants,
and other special populations who may need modifications for success. Created to emphasize the basics, this explosive program is easy to follow for students of any ability.

Zumba Tone
Take Zumba to the next step with ZumbaŽ Tone. Zumba Toning is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of lightweight toning sticks. We provide the 2 1/2 lb, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. This NEW and exciting Zumba toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or Zumba class experience necessary.

Your certified personal trainer will develop a safe and effective program
specifically for your fitness goals.

“Resolution Jump Start”
Achieve your fitness goals before the New Year rather than after. Your 8-week
program will include a pre and post program assessment and 16 personal
training sessions. Full Members: $850

“The Mod Quad”
You and up to four friends can make the commitment to get fit and healthy with
the guidance of one personal trainer. All participants should have similar goals.
Full Members only. $80 per hour.

Post Rehab Training
A 30 minute program tailored in consultation with your physician or physical
therapist. Meet with a trainer twice a week to develop your exercise program.
Full Members $120/ 8 sessions
Basic Members $140/ 8 sessions
** Physician’s clearance required. Continued
sessions determined by trainer’s evaluation.

Cancer Survivor Program
An individualized exercise program designed for cancer survivors who have
recently become de-conditioned from their treatment. Includes one fitness
assessment and eight 30-min. exercise sessions. The goals include improving
muscle strength, flexibility, endurance, and quality of life.
Full Members$120 / 8 visits
Basic/GEC Members$140 / 8 visits
** Physician’s clearance required. Continued sessions determined by trainer’s evaluation.

Personal Partners
A specialized exercise program for your loved one with special needs (Down syndrome, Autism). Program will be developed by a certified personal trainer and will match the individual’s capabilities and needs. See Amy Jones in the Fitness department for more information.
$25 per 45 min.

Mommy & Baby Yoga
Ages 2 1/2 - 9 months (pre-crawlers)
8 weeks
Thursday 10:15-11am

Yoga moves increase strength and flexibility, tone the body, and reduce stress and quiet the mind. Baby will be included in the yoga poses. Bring a blanket for
baby. Sessions I & II.

Pre & Post Natal Cardio Blast
Wednesday, 11:15-12am
8 weeks

Get back into fitness or keep yourself strong and fit for the "big day" with this cardio workout tailored to pre- or post-natal moms. Great full body workout including cardio, resistance and flexibility training. Physical clearance required.

Pre/Post Natal Yoga
8 weeks
An 8-week course to improve flexibility while increasing strength and endurance. Promotes proper breathing and relaxation during and after pregnancy. Registration required.

Fit To Roll
Tuesday or Thursday 10:15-11:00

Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue Massage

Concentrating on your "problem areas," we work out your knots and kinks. Great for the weekend athlete who has overdone it or for anyone who has developed chronic patterns of muscle tension.

All Members:

  • 1/2 hour: $55
  • 1 hour: $75
  • 1-1/2 hour: $110

Non-Members:

  • 1/2 hour: $65
  • 1 hour: $85
  • 1-1/2 hour: $120

Swedish Massage

Melt away your stress and tension. Using long flowing strokes and other techniques, this massage can improve circulation, flush toxins and reduce blood pressure.

All Members:

  • 1/2 hour: $45
  • 1 hour: $65
  • 1-1/2 hours: $95

Non-Members:

  • 1/2 hour: $55
  • 1 hour: $75
  • 1-1/2 hours: $105

Pre- and Post-Natal Massage

Specifically addressing the needs of the pregnant or post-natal woman, this massage helps ease the discomforts of pregnancy and can facilitate post-partum recovery.

All Members:

  • 1 hour: $85
  • 1-1/2 hours: $110

Non-Members:

  • 1 hour: $95
  • 1-1/2 hours: $120

Hot Stone Massage
Helps increase circulation, promotes the release of toxins and brings your body, mind and spirit back into balance. The hot stones (and in somes cases cold stones) are used as tools that increase the effectiveness of the massage strokes by incorporating heat and weight. This massage is designed to nurture, soothe, warm, nourish and calm the entire body.

All Members:

  • 75 minutes: $100
  • 2 hours: $140 (this could incorporate hot/cold stone facial massage)

Non-Members:

  • 75 minutes: $100
  • 2 hours: $150

Pediatric Therapeutic Massage
A half-hour massage and stretching session focusing on areas of the body that are hypertonic due to a neuromuscular condition. 30 minutes. Contact Kim Miller at Ext. 119.

Members $35
Non-Members $40.
