Punk Rope is a playful cross
between recess and boot camp that
combines rope jumping with creative
conditioning drills, relay races,
games and core and flexibility training.

time to exercise, the Express Circuit
is for you. The circuit combines
cardiovascular and resistance training
for a total body work out in
just 30 minutes.

A program tailored in consultation
with your physician to meet your
therapeutic requirements. Meet with a
qualified trainer twice a week as long
as needed. Conditions may include,
but are not limited to: post rehab,
heart history, joint problems, arthritis,
high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis,
