Ages 4-5
A class designed to help your little leaguers develop catching, throwing, and beginning batting skills.

This class will incorporate all the baseball/softball skills – throwing, catching, batting, fielding - within a fun game environment.

Our “Jumpstart Basketball” program is a basic introduction to skills needed for beginning basketball including dribbling, passing, and shooting.

A child’s first experience with the gymnastics basics of balance, strength, and coordination.

Improve strength, balance and flexibility while enhancing coordination through basic tumbling, apparatus skills, and fun activities.

Children use basic skill movements to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Work on the balance beam and bars will be included.
Grades 1-2
Children will perfect basic gymnastics skills and create fun and exciting routines using different apparatus and tumbling skills. A performance for parents at the end of the session will highlight each child’s skills.
Grades 3-5
A creative and fun gymnastics class with a focus on self-confidence through movement and strength skills on tumbling mats and apparatus. A performance for parents at the end of the session will allow every child to display gymnastics skills learned.

An introduction to the skills of lacrosse – passing, cradling, ground balls, etc. Game concepts will be introduced.
Grades 1-2
Further develop the skills of the fastest growing sport around! Game concepts will be introduced by playing the game in an indoor setting.

A future athlete’s first class without parent where coordination skills needed for future sports participation will be practiced such as: running, throwing, kicking, and catching.

Using a games approach, children will be introduced to more challenging sports skills. During Session I, tomorrow’s athletes will develop the skills for Fall sports and related lead-up games, while Session II will focus on Winter sports skills and modified games.

This class includes a 45 minute mix of basketball, floor hockey, & other sports and games followed by 30 minutes of water activities that encourage children to develop their swim abilities using kickboards, noodles and other swim aids.

TGA Junior Golf Program has taught this lifelong sport to over 1200 Bergen
County youth. The TGA curriculum was developed by certified PGA golf
professionals in conjunction with child development experts. As students
advance through the five-level program, they will learn basics and fundamentals
of the sport, all while being prepared to play on the golf course. The
TGA program is tailored to all ages and skill levels. TGA provides all the
equipment.
Ages 3-4
This 30-minute class is packed with exercises and kicking to help our youngest students learn the basics of Tae Kwon Do while having fun with mom or dad.
Ages 4-5
This class is for students (without parents) who will learn many different kicks, blocks and punches with the “Yes, I Can!” attitude.
Grades K-1
This 45-minute class offers traditional Tae Kwon Do training: kicks, punches, blocks, and self defense. Promotes respect and discipline.
Grades 2 & Up
Our 45-minute class provides students with a knowledge of Tae Kwon Do and skills to live by, geared toward the more serious Tae Kwon Do students.

Session I -Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4-5pm 7 weeks
Introduction and conditioning for cross country and other endurance sports. Includes stretching, running drills, and specific weight training. Proper training techniques will be emphasized. Clinic to be held at Wyckoff Community Park.

Session II -Mondays & Wednesdays from 4-5pm 7 weeks
