Next Generation Competitive Athletics
Next Generation is designed to meet the competitive needs of
former, present, and future athletes; providing the physical,
mental, and social outlets that a well-rounded and spirited
high-level athlete requires.


Throw Back to College Intramurals (TBC)
TBC Intramurals is a league for men and women who miss or seek the
spirit and commitment to the college intramural experience that brings
friends and competition head to head. It is great for those who want to
experience exercise through specific sports in addition to a workout solely
in the Fitness Center. There is a wide variety of sports offered to those
interested in beginning or continuing the excitement and competitive
spirit of college intramurals as regularly as his or her interest, ability and
time will permit. Two leagues are available; one for college/post-college
level individuals, and one for high school/college-bound students.

Sports may include:
Volleyball, flag football, water polo, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, basketball,
foul shooting/3-point contests, Ultimate Frisbee, kickball.
Individual games will be selected on a rotating schedule between 6-10pm
on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday nights.

Leagues will start week of January 21, 2008.
Full Members $40
Non Members $55

Athlete Development and Wellness Program (ADWP)
ADWP is an athletic experience for the higher level athlete that provides a
broader training experience through the availability and access to different
training mediums. Such a program recognizes the importance of the mental
and social wellness of an athlete in addition to physical wellness.

Physical Development Specialized Training

  • Fitness Center
  • Gymnasium
  • Swimming Pool
  • Other areas depending on the individual needs of the athlete
  • Work with certified trainers and distinguished high level athletes $45/45 minute session

Mental and Social Development for Individuals or Teams

Lectures and seminars by sports psychologists, guest coaches and renowned athletes will be held. Teams can also participate in teambuilding workshops. Available for middle school, high school, and college competitive athletes.
