Shining Star Express“Summer Days”

SSE “21+” Day Program
9:00am-2:00pm, beg. Mon., June 30
For individuals 21 and older, this curriculum builds self-esteem and self-dependence in social settings and the work environment. Math, reading, computer skills, cooking, conversational skills, swimming, workouts, and yoga. Work skill development at the “Y”.
5-Week Program:
1x/Week: $250
2x/Week: $500
3x/Week: $750

SSE Summer Camp
2-Week Program; Ages 10 & Up
August 6-17, 9:30-2:30pm
Enjoy fun summer camp activities! Includes dance/exercise, swimming, hikes, and outings. Bring a picnic lunch, create an art project, and end each day with yoga and Tai Chi.

Using tranquil music, we strengthen our bodies and mind through yoga positions and beginning Tai Chi postures.

Practice cooking skills and become familiar with utensils and proper kitchen know-how. Prepare a healthy meal.

A support group for siblings of children with special needs aged 7-12.
