The Wyckoff Family YMCA hosts a variety of programs for teens, to provide a welcoming environment where tomorrow's adults meet peers, make new friends, and "hang out" in a place that's safe, healthy and positive. Be an "Extreme Teen" at the Y.

Teen Fitness Hours

Full Members aged 13-16

Monday - Friday

2:30-6pm may be unaccompanied in Fitness Center

7:30-10pm must be accompanied by parent.

Saturday & Sunday

1:30-3:30pm may be unaccompanied in Fitness Center

3:30-closing must be accompanied by parent.

Extreme Teen Members 13 & up

Wednesdays and Fridays only

2:30-6pm

All new teen members must complete an orientation with a trainer before working out. Full member teens aged 13 & up may attend any of the adult GEC's without a parent with the exception of Spin, which is only for teens 16 and older.

Teen Trips
In order to participate in any teen trips you must be between the ages of 12-18. You do not need to be a member of the Wyckoff Family YMCA to go on any teen trips; so bring friends and have some fun! Cost varies by event.
